Water drop hammer mill grinder is designed to grind raw materials into smaller particles, the diameter of end products ranges from 1.5 mm to 10 mm according to the size of screens. With good fineness, high quality and high efficiency, it is widely used in the production of fertilizer, pellet fuels, wood briquette, animal bedding and feeding, etc.
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the wide grinding chamber. The material is fed in from the upper feed port and is hit and impacted by the high-speed rotating hammers, gradually becoming small particles. Under the action of centrifugal force and airflow, the smaller particles are discharged through the screen of the hammer grinder, while the larger particles remain in the screen and continue to be hit and crushed by the hammers, and finally discharged from the pelletizer through the screen.
