A few years ago, the waste tire shredding production line project purchased by Saudi Arabian customers from Kowloon Machinery has been running smoothly for many years. This year, customers once again purchased a batch of spare parts for the production line from our company. The working principle of the tire shredding production line mainly includes the following links. First, the waste tires are fed into the shredder through the conveying equipment, and the tire shredder uses a powerful blade to break the tires into smaller block materials. Then, after further crushing and separation of tire rasper and rubber granulator, materials such as steel wire, rubber and fiber are gradually separated, and the rubber particles are screened to meet the size requirements required by customers. This shredding process is efficient and environmentally friendly, and can fully reuse waste tires and effectively reduce environmental pollution.
