Water drop hammer mill grinder is designed to grind raw materials into smaller particles, the diameter of end products ranges from 1.5 mm to 10 mm according to the size of screens. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the wide grinding chamber. The material is fed in from the upper feed port and is hit and impacted by the high-speed rotating hammers, gradually becoming small particles. Under the action of centrifugal force and airflow, the smaller particles are discharged through the screen of the hammer grinder, while the larger particles remain in the screen and continue to be hit and crushed by the hammers, and finally discharged from the pelletizer through the screen.
Tire debeader is specially designed to mechanically pull out the bead wires completely that are inside the sidewalls, high efficiency pull out in short time. Before the tires are sent to the next process tire shredder, they must pass through the tire debeading, which can make the finished product cleaner and ensure that the working blades of the shredder have a longer service life.
The motor drives the hydraulic system and the oil cylinder of the tire steel wire debeader, and the hook is connected to the pull rod of the oil cylinder. Due to the movement of the oil pump and the oil cylinder, the pull hook is reciprocated. Place the tire on the feeding mouth, extend the pull hook out of the feeding mouth, hook the inner steel part of tire ring, and then start the button. Due to the strong pulling force of the oil cylinder, the steel wire will be pulled out as a whole, and the sidewall part is caused to tear the rubber due to the action of the pulling force, thereby achieving the purpose of separating the steel wire from the tire.
Rubber granulator is specially designed for rubber granulation in the rubber recycling line as the third step process. The first and second steps were able to shred the tires into 10-20mm rubber chips, and then the granulator could further grind them into 1-7mm rubber crumb.
The Waste Tire Recycling Line is mainly used for crushing steel wire tires, radial tires and various rubber products or trims into rubber granules or rubber crumbs with required fineness.
