Rubber granulator is specially designed for rubber granulation in the rubber recycling line as the third step process. The first and second steps were able to shred the tires into 10-20mm rubber chips, and then the granulator could further grind them into 1-7mm rubber crumb.

The Waste Tire Recycling Line is mainly used for crushing steel wire tires, radial tires and various rubber products or trims into rubber granules or rubber crumbs with required fineness. The outlet size required can be adjusted, as there are different sizes of screens available to ensure more flexible production. The final product after our rubber granulator will be 99.9% rubber crumb without fiber and wire.

Tire Rasper is designed to remove steel wire from the rubber tires with claw blade with teeth, and separate them via magnet separator above discharge conveyor, steel wire separating purity 98%. Raspers are a necessary piece of equipment for tire recycling, crushing rubber even further for future processing. It also can process maximum 300x300mm rubber chips into 10-15mm granules.
